SERVICE INFORMATION

Two methods are used to update/upgrade Navigation Map Data:

1. The customer goes to www.infinitinavigation.com and is mailed update disc(s) and installs data.

OR

2. The dealership is mailed update disc(s) and the customer must visit the dealership to have data installed.

Use the matrix to determine which method is utilized for each Applied Vehicle.

SERVICE INFORMATION

The terminology for Automatic Transmission ("AT") and Continuously Variable Transmission ("CVT") in the Infiniti Service Manuals is being

updated to reflect the terminology in SAE J1930 and J2012.

When using 1994-2009 Service Manuals, please refer to the updated AT/CVT terminology as shown above.

NOTE:

Later versions of 2008 and 2009 Electronic Service Manuals will have updated AT/CVT terminology applied.
